The Open Records Policy has been adopted by the Board of Supervisors. To obtain required records, please complete a Records Request Form and submit to the Township Secretary.

Invitation to bid
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors, Peach Bottom Township, York County, Pennsylvania until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Township Municipal Office Building, 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314. At which time the bids will be opened and reviewed. Awarding of the contract will be made at the Board of Supervisors Meeting Wednesday, December 3, 2025, starting at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Office Building located at 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314.
1-year contract, starting the day following a successful bid and ending the day of the next bid cycle.
Cost over RACK PRICE on day of delivery
6,000 gallons more or less “B2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel”, delivered to 6880 Delta Road on a regular basis fuel may not fall below 50% of capacity. During winter months, anti-gel additive must be incorporated into fuel.
2,000 gallons more or less “2- Heating Oil”, delivered to 5 Pendyrus Street on a regular basis, fuel may not fall below 50% of capacity.
If conditions warrant, fuel will be delivered within 24 hours of notification.
The successful bidder will be required to submit paperwork for auditing purposes.
The contractor is required to review tank locations with Municipality’s Representative prior to bidding.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
