Road Closure Notice – Peach Bottom Township

Weather permitting, road work is scheduled for the week of 03/23/2026 through 03/26/2026. The following road closures will be in effect:

  • Monday, 03/23/2026
    Slateville Road – between Prospect Road and Quarry Road

  • Tuesday, 03/24/2026
    Slateville Road – between Prospect Road and Flintville Road

  • Wednesday & Thursday, 03/25/2026 – 03/26/2026
    Orr Road – between Route 74 and Line Road

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and expect delays in these areas.

Notice Of Public Hearing

Peach Bottom Township Zoning Hearing Board

NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Peach Bottom Township, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on April 16, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m., in the Peach Bottom Township Office Building, 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314.

This meeting will also serve as the 2026 Organization Meeting for the Board.

Public Hearing 2026-01 is concerning an application filed by Benjamin F & Beckie Stoltzfus requesting a variance to allow a retail greenhouse and garden center within the Agricultural Zoning District on property located at 660 Line Rd, Delta, PA. also known as Map AP Parcel 1M.

Interested members of the public may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard.  As the outcome of this proceeding is dependent upon application of legal principles, all parties should consider consulting an attorney.
