NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PEACH BOTTOM TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Peach Bottom Township, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, in the Peach Bottom Township Office Building, 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314.
- 7:00 p.m.– Application 2026-04: An application submitted by Andrew Pigg concerning the property located at 9380 Woodbine Road, identified as Map CO, Parcel 33E. The applicant is requesting a variance to expand a pre-existing nonconforming structure by more than 35% and a variance to permit the structure to remain within the required front-yard setback.
- 7:15 p.m.– Application 2026-05: An application submitted by Paul Brennan concerning the property located at 29 Beechwood, identified as Map 2, Parcel 32. The applicant is requesting a variance to permit an existing run-in shed/outbuilding, constructed without a permit and within the required setback, to remain and a variance from the swimming pool fencing requirements of the Peach Bottom Township Zoning Ordinance.
Interested members of the public may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard. As the outcome of these proceedings is dependent upon application of legal principles, all parties should consider consulting an attorney.
