ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE

Lay Road will be closed between Flintville Road and Paper Mill Road for road work.
Please plan alternate routes in advance. We appreciate your patience during this work.
ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE – ATOM ROAD
Weather permitting, Atom Road will be closed for culvert replacement work will begin 7/20/26.
Culvert #1 – Atom Road at Krick Road
- Traffic for properties from Flintville Road through 2292 Atom Road will access from the Flintville Road side.
- Detour: Flintville Road → Burk Road (T-600) → Krick Road (T-628) → Atom Road.
Work to begin on Culvert 2 immediately following completion of Culvert #1
Culvert #2 – Atom Road
- Properties at 1956 Atom Road and higher will access from the Krick Road/Burk Road side.
- Properties at 1111 Atom Road and lower will access from the Flintville Road side.
- Detour: Krick Road (T-628) → Burk Road (T-600) → Flintville Road.
Please follow posted detour signs and allow extra travel time.
PUBLIC NOTICE
The parking lots and tennis court at the Peach Bottom Township Municipal Park will be closed July 20- July 26 for maintenance. No parking will be permitted in the municipal park parking lot during this time.
Please make alternate parking arrangements. We appreciate your patience as this work is completed.
LEGAL NOTICE
Notice of intent of Peach Bottom Township to adopt Ordinance No. 2026-02, Amending the Zoning Ordinance, as Amended, at a public hearing and public meeting which shall take place on August 5, 2026, which shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The hearing and meeting will take place at the municipal office located at 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314. The Ordinance adds a Data Center use in the Industrial Zone and establishes requirements for the use. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Peach Bottom Township Municipal Office, 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314, or the Law Resource Center located at 45 N. George St., York, PA 17401, during normal business hours.
