Notice Of Public Hearing

Peach Bottom Township Zoning Hearing Board

NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Peach Bottom Township, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on April 30, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m., in the Peach Bottom Township Office Building, 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314.

Public Hearing 2026-02 is concerning an application by Amos G. and Leah G. Fisher for a Special Exception to create a Cemetery and a Variance for use of alternate burial vaults within the Agricultural Zoning District located at 933 Flintville Road, Delta, PA, also known as Map BQ Parcel 17H.

Interested members of the public may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard.  As the outcome of this proceeding is dependent upon application of legal principles, all parties should consider consulting an attorney.
